HOW WE WORK

Clarify the engagement before engineering begins

From scope and staged evidence to source-code handoff and production support, every project moves through visible, confirmable, and traceable outcomes.

SHARED EXPECTATIONS

Build shared expectations before kickoff

Transparent scope

Define first-stage goals, inclusions, exclusions, and how changes affect schedule and cost.

Verifiable outcomes

Each stage produces viewable screens, test builds, documentation, or a production result—not only a percentage update.

Sustainable handoff

Deliver agreed source code, deployment guidance, and essential documentation so the product can keep operating and evolving.

DELIVERY PROCESS

From the first discussion to ongoing support

01

Discovery

Understand the business goal, users, current problem, existing systems, and launch conditions.

Stage outcomeRequirements summary, critical questions, and recommended next step
02

Scope and solution

Map roles, workflows, boundaries, client surfaces, integrations, and a staged delivery plan.

Stage outcomeScope, solution outline, timeline, and cost estimate
03

Agreement and kickoff

Confirm entities, payment milestones, acceptance, IP, confidentiality, and responsibilities.

Stage outcomeSigned agreement, milestones, and project communication model
04

Design and engineering

Share screens, prototypes, or test builds and document material changes throughout delivery.

Stage outcomeStage screens, working builds, and change records
05

Testing and launch

Validate critical journeys and compatibility, create backups, deploy, and verify production.

Stage outcomeAcceptance build, release record, and production outcome
06

Handoff and support

Deliver agreed code and documentation and define defect, upgrade, and iteration support.

Stage outcomeSource code, deployment notes, user documentation, and support scope

DELIVERY & OWNERSHIP

How delivery and ownership are protected

Source code and intellectual property

Ownership of project deliverables and source code follows the signed agreement. Client brands, data, and business materials remain with the client or their lawful owner.

Confidentiality and public cases

Project material is used only for the engagement. Client names, project names, screenshots, operating data, and sensitive information are not published without permission.

Scope and change control

New requests are assessed for schedule, cost, and compatibility impact before implementation, preventing uncontrolled scope growth.

Launch and recovery

Critical files and configuration are backed up before release. Configuration is validated before switching entry points, followed by live page, API, and journey checks.

Accounts and third-party services

Server, app-store, WeChat, payment, messaging, and email accounts are normally held by the client, with each party providing agreed support.

Maintenance and response

Defect correction, operational support, upgrades, and new features have distinct boundaries and response times defined in the proposal or support agreement.

STARTING POINT

Incomplete requirements are fine—start with these facts

  • The business problem to solve
  • Primary users and participating roles
  • Expected website, app, Mini Program, or admin surfaces
  • Existing systems, data, and integrations
  • Target launch window and budget range
