Project information and communication
Information you submit must be accurate, lawful, and provided with proper authority. We may use it for initial discussion and assessment, but an engagement begins only after scope is confirmed and the relevant documents are signed.
Pricing, scope, and changes
Price, schedule, deliverables, payment milestones, and acceptance follow the written proposal and contract. New or changed requirements may affect the plan and should be confirmed before implementation.
Intellectual property
Website branding, design, copy, and proprietary product content are protected by applicable law. Ownership of source code, design, documentation, and custom deliverables follows the project agreement. Pre-existing client brands, materials, data, and lawful assets do not transfer through the engagement.
Confidentiality and cases
Each party protects non-public information as agreed. Public cases do not identify client names, project names, real screenshots, internal data, or other identifying material without permission.
Third-party services
Projects may use cloud providers, app stores, WeChat, payments, maps, email, or other third-party capabilities. Availability, review, and fees also follow those providers’ rules, and ownership of accounts and qualifications should be defined in project documents.
Availability and responsibility
We reasonably maintain website content and security but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. For specific projects, warranty, maintenance, response scope, and liability follow the signed agreement and applicable law.
